My eportfolio

Here you will find a compilation of my thoughts and works during my time at Salt Lake Community College. I have tried to highlight what I believe to be my best work and I have tried to be open and honest in sharing my feelings and reflecting on the writings. I hope you find as much enjoyment in my SLCC life as I have.

 This is my fourth and final attempt to complete college. I first attended in 1983 which gives you a pretty clear picture of how old I am. I have taken detours (many) along the way that include marriage, children and variuos jobs.

The best part of my life is my family. I am fully aware that I do not deserve the wonderful husband and three remarkable children that I have. They are brilliant, inspirational and compassionate. They motivate me to try to be better and they support me when I'm not sure that I can.

As I am now facing an empty nest and my PTA days are over I have decided to be serious in my pursuit of a nursing degree. I am so close to completion and while my clock (life not biological) is ticking I will reach this goal.
